Welcome to Albania! Upon arrival in Tirana, the vibrant capital city, we begin our journey with a walking tour through its lively center.
Visit Skanderbeg Square, the heart of Tirana, surrounded by important landmarks like the National Historical Museum and the Et'hem Bey Mosque. Stroll along the Martyrs of the Nation Boulevard, lined with elegant government buildings and embassies.
In the afternoon, delve into Albania's recent past with a visit to Bunk'Art 2, an underground bunker turned museum focusing on the communist era. End the day with a visit to the Tirana Castle area, now a charming complex of cafes, boutiques, and art spaces.

After breakfast, we head southeast towards Pogradec, a picturesque town on the shores of Lake Ohrid, one of Europe's oldest and deepest lakes. Enjoy a relaxing stroll by the lake before continuing to Korça, known as the "City of Serenades."
In Korça, visit the impressive National Museum of Medieval Art (Icon Museum), home to a magnificent collection of Orthodox icons. Explore the Bazaar of Korça, a beautifully restored Ottoman marketplace, and walk along the lively Promenade, where the magnificent Orthodox Cathedral of the Resurrection stands proudly.

Today, we embark on a scenic drive through the breathtaking landscapes of southeastern Albania, heading towards Përmet, a charming town known for its hospitality, thermal baths, and natural beauty.
After a short break in Përmet, we continue towards the UNESCO World Heritage City of Gjirokastra, known as the "City of Stone."
In the afternoon, visit the beautifully preserved Skenduli House, a traditional Ottoman-era residence offering a glimpse into 19th-century Albanian life. Afterwards, explore the atmospheric Bazaar, filled with local crafts and traditional souvenirs.

Start the day with a visit to the imposing Gjirokastra Castle, perched high above the city with stunning views over the Drino Valley.
Afterwards, drive towards the mesmerizing natural spring known as the Blue Eye (Syri i Kaltër), a hypnotic deep-blue water spring surrounded by lush greenery.
Continue to the ancient archaeological site of Butrint, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the well-preserved ruins of this former Greek, Roman, and Byzantine city, nestled within a national park.

Today, we journey along the spectacular Albanian Riviera, one of the most scenic coastal drives in Europe, with its winding roads, turquoise waters, and charming villages.
Stop to visit the Castle of Porto Palermo, a well-preserved fortress set on a peninsula, built by the famous Ali Pasha of Ioannina.
Continue to Vlora, a historical seaside city where the Adriatic and Ionian Seas meet.
Explore the old quarter of Vlora, with its traditional houses and narrow alleys, and enjoy a relaxing walk along the lively Vlora Promenade, one of the longest and most beautiful in Albania.

After breakfast, depart for Berat, another UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most charming cities in Albania.
Upon arrival, visit the impressive Berat Castle, still inhabited today, where you can explore ancient churches, ruins, and an ethnographic museum inside a beautifully preserved Ottoman house.
Enjoy a coffee break inside one of the traditional stone houses within the castle walls.
Later, discover the two historic quarters of Berat, Mangalem and Gorica, connected by the elegant arched bridge over the Osum River. Their traditional architecture and picturesque streets offer unforgettable photo opportunities.

In the morning, drive north towards Kruja, a town rich in history and patriotism, famously associated with Albania's national hero, Skanderbeg.
